قرر الاتحاد الإنجليزي لكرة القدم، رفع دعوى ضد الاتحاد الدولي "فيفا" في المحكمة الرياضية (كاس) بسبب تغريمه ماليا على خلفية إيقاف تشيلسي من إبرام تعاقدات.
وكان فيفا قد وقع عقوبة على تشيلسي بسبب خرق قواعد تسجيل اللاعبين القٌصر (أقل من 18 عاما)، بالحرمان من إبرام التعاقدات فترتين متتاليتين قبل أن يتم تقليصها من قبل المحكمة الرياضية والاكتفاء بفترة واحدة، كما فرض عقوبة مالية على الاتحاد الإنجليزي قدرها 290 ألف جنيه إسترليني.
وبحسب ما ذكرته شبكة "سكاي سبورتس" فإن المحكمة الرياضية ستنظر في شكوى الاتحاد الإنجليزي ضد فيفا يوم 26 يونيو المقبل.
وحصل الاتحاد على مهلة مدتها ستة أشهر لتوضيح موقفه فيما يخص الانتقالات الدولية وتسجيل اللاعبين القٌصر، على أن يواصل العمل مع فيفا وتشيلسي لمعالجة المشاكل التي أثيرت في القضية.
