أزمة رجال:
أرسلت ابني الصغير ليشتري لي كيس لبن، وأعطيته مئة دينارا وقلت له: أسرع ولا تتأخر...و حذار أن تضيع باقي النقود في الطريق.لكن صغيري، تأخر كثيرا ثم وعاد فقط بكيس اللبن ...قلت: أين الباقي؟
هز كتفيه وقال: لقد اشتريت علبة عصير وحلوى...كنت سأغضب من هذا التصرف، وأعاقبه على ذلك، لكني حين تذكرت أيها الأصدقاء ضعف شخصية الكثير من المسئولين، وخوف الكثير من المدراء، من اتخاذ القرار، حين تذكرت أن بعض الرجال رغم السلطة الممنوحة لهم، ورغم ما في أيديهم من صلاحيات و أختام...فهم مثل الدمى لا يحسنون سوى الرد على الهاتف وتحويل شكاوي العامة بجداول الإرسال.
حين تذكرت كل هذه الأشكال، قلت: نعم الرجل هو ابني، رغم أنه خالف أمري إلا أنه أثبت لي حرية وقوة في اتخاذ القرار
