4 - التورية المهيأة
، وهي على ثلاثة أنواع:

1 - المهيأة بلفظ قبلها
، نحو قول ابن سناء الملك في الملك المظفّر (الطويل):
وسيرك فينا سيرة عمريّة … فروّحت عن قلب وأفرجت عن كرب
وأظهرت فينا من سميّك سنّة … فأظهرت ذاك الفرض من ذلك النّدب
فالتورية في (الفرض والنّدب) وفيهما معنيان:
- قريب، وهو أن يعني الشاعر بهما الأحكام الشرعية، وهو المعنى المورّى به، غير المقصود.
- بعيد، وهو أن يكون الفرض بمعنى العطاء، والنّدب صفة المرء السريع في قضاء الحاجات، وهو المعنى المورّى عنه (المقصود).

وقد سبقت التورية بلفظ (سنّة)، ولولاه ما تهيأت التورية فيهما، ولا فهم الفرض والنّدب الحكمان الشرعيّان اللذان صحّت بهما التورية.
