تناول الماء في الصباح يساعد في جعلك نشيط طوال اليوم ويحسن من جودة الدورة الدموية خاصة في الشتاء حيث اننا لانشعر بالعطش وننسى شرب الماء فيركز الدم فنصاب بضيق التنفس والكسل عموما والصداع
لذلك لاتنسى تناول الماء ولو لم تكن عطشان.
