حساب الحمل بالضبط بعد عمليات الحقن المجهري.
• بعد اجراء المرأة عملية الحقن المجهري ، في هذه الحالة يمكنها حساب مدة الحمل بشكل يشابه الحمل الطبيعي تماما ، ويتم حساب الاسابيع بحساب التاريخ الذي تم فيه نقل البويضات التي تم تلقيحها ، ويعتبر تاريخ الحمل في الشهر الاول بعد 15 يوم من نقل البويضات.
• عندما تكون المرأة حامل بشكل طبيعي يتم حساب الحمل من يوم الدورة الشهرية الأول ، ولكن في التلقيح الصناعي نجد ان الادوية التي تتناولها الزوجة قد تغير ميعاد الدورة الشهرية ، ونجد انه من الغير صحيح أن يتم حسبان الحمل بناء على الدورة الشهرية.
