ما هي أسباب صغر حجم البويضة ؟
- السبب الرئيسي والشائع لمشكلة عدم نضج البويضة وخروجها من المبيض هو ما يعرف بـ ( متلازمة تكيس المبايض ) : وهو عبارة عن دهون وأكياس مثل عناقيد العنب تحيط المبيض وتمنع البويضة من النمو والنضج والوصول للحجم المناسب للحمل.
- وجود اضراب في الهرمونات وخصوصاً هرمون FSH -LH.
- كما أنه ربما يكون سبب آخر وهو وجود التهابات على المبيضين.
- أيضا من ضمن الأسباب هو ضعف عام بالتبويض وعدم قيام المبايض بدورهم الكامل.
علاج صغر حجم البويضة عند النساء
- يتم استخدام إبر : وهي عبارة عن هرمونات متوفرة بعدة أنواع تساعد المبايض وتحفزها على إنتاج بويضات سليمة وتصل لحجم مناسب للحمل.
