أكد فندقان، اليوم الثلاثاء أن الاتحاد الأوروبي لكرة القدم (اليويفا) ألغى حجوزات لغرف في كوبنهاجن، وهي واحدة من المدن المستضيفة لبطولة أوروبا 2020، وهو ما يشير إلى اتخاذ قرار بالفعل بتأجيل البطولة القارية.وقال فندق (دي.جيه.آي-باين) في كوبنهاجن لرويترز عبر الهاتف إن اليويفا ألغى حجوزات الغرف منذ أكثر من أسبوع واحد بقليل.كما أبلغ فندق مارينيليست، الذي عادة ما يستضيف منتخب الدنمارك، رويترز، في رسالة عبر البريد الإلكتروني أن اليويفا ألغى الغرف المحجوزة للمنتخب الدنماركي.ويعقد اليويفا اجتماعا مع الاتحادات المحلية اليوم الثلاثاء، وسيكون من المنتظر إعلان قرار تأجيل بطولة أوروبا 2020 إلى العام المقبل في ظل توقف بطولات الدوري المحلية بسبب فيروس كورونا.
