إليكم أنواع الصقور، وهي كالتالي:-
- الصقر الحر، ويوجد في أواسط آسيا والصين وأوروبا، وكان العرب هم أول من عرف هذا النوع من الصقور، يُهاجر في فصل الشتاء إلى شبه الجزيرة العربية وشمال إفريقيا وشمال الهند وباكستان وإيران، ومن أشهر أنواعه الحر الأبيض، والأحمر، والأخضر، والأدهم.
- الصقر الشاهين أو القطامي وأنواعه، ويوجد في جميع أنحاء العالم ما عدا جزر المحيط الهادي والقارة القطبية الجنوبية.
- الجير وأنواعه، ويوجد في جبال سيبيريا، والقارة القطبية الشمالية والجنوبية، بالإضافة إلى منغوليا.
- الوكري وأنواعه، ويتواجد في إفريقيا وبالتحديد في المغرب والسودان والجزائر، بالإضافة إلى الجزيرة العربيّة والعراق وباكستان، وأفضل نوع هو الوكري السوداني.
- العوسق، ويُطلق عليه أيضاً اسم صقر الجراد، والشبوط، ويوجد في أوروبا وآسيا وشمال إفريقي.
