يا ساكنَ الرُّوح هذا الصَّمتُ فَضَّاحُ
وإن سَكنتَ فعطرٌ منكَ فَوَّاحُ..!

بعضُ الحديثِ وإن أصغيتَ مُلتَبَسٌ
وفي السُّكوتِ إذا أمعَنتَ,, إفصاح

والرُّوحُ للرُّوحِ تُبدي بعضَ نزعتها
والعينُ للقلبِ إن أخلَصتَ مفتاح
