عشبة الحمام هي نبتة ذات رائحة عطرة لون ازهارها وردي مائل الى الصفرة ، هي عشبة طبية  معروفة تنمو في حوض البحر الابيض المتوسط .
عشبة رجل الحمام لها فوائد عديدة منها انها تستخدم  في علاج الالتهابات وتسمين الالم كما تستخدم في علاج التهابات الجهاز التنفسي العلوي والمسالك البولية ، يستخدم أيضاً كمضاد للاكتئاب ، والتهاب اللثة المزمن والتهاب الحلق واللوزتين ، تعالج الصداع النصفي ، تحمي من تساقط الشعر والاصابة بالصلع حيث تقوي بصيلات الشعر .تخفي هذه العشبة تجاعيد الوجه وتحافظ على نضارة البشرة وترطيبها ، كما تعالج الهالات السوداء وحبوب الشباب والبثور من الوجه .
